[ The GSC Team ]
Our team is caring, committed and driven. All hold the following credentials as a minimum:
- Senior First Aid
- Medication Management
- Food Safety
- Fire Safety
- Manual Handling
- DCSI Screening Check
Additionally, all either have, or are working towards, a Certificate in Disability Studies, Home & Community Care or Mental Health.
Their dedication to providing excellence in the sector is displayed through the further qualification they have also obtained whilst working in the field, which include:
- Enrolled Nursing
- Wound Care, Peg Feeding & Tracheostomy Care Certificates
- Quitskills Training
- Mental Health First Aid
- Commercial Cookery, Nutrition & Special Diets
[ SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY ]
Situated at 6 East Tce, Gawler East, our SRF accommodation is licensed for 75 residents.
We provide:
- 24 hour resident focused care, by our caring support team & enrolled nurses
- Medication management
- Bedroom cleaning & weekly laundry service
- Nutritious meals 3 x daily
- Case management
- The convenience of being able to access allied health professionals onsite, including GP's, a podiatrist and metabolic nurse
- Social outings & programs
- Personal finance management if required
- Additional services as required, including personal care, social support and positive behaviour support.
WE ARE A TTP PROVIDER
Please note our prices are subject to increase in accordance with the adjusted NDIA efficient price. Any increase will not affect service provision as the funding in your plan will be indexed accordingly to allow for the increase in prices. We are entitled to use the TTP support items (and price limits) and are compliant with the TTP requirements.
