Our client base includes those with disabilities, mental health disorders and the frail and aged.

Walkerville Lodge is a beautiful colonial home located in the quiet suburb of Cheltenham with only 30 clients, allowing us to provide quality and individualised care.
Staff are trained in the highest standards of disability and mental health care - they have the knowledge to anticipate and assist each client with any needs that arise in their day to day living and reach their long and short term goals.

- Quality accommodation with beautifully appointed single or double shared rooms.
- 24 / 7 client individualised care with a capacity building focus.
- Quality and fresh, home cooked meals with a focus on client’s dietary requirements and preferences.
- Personal laundry, linen change & room cleaning services
- Medication & personal finance management
- Personal care provision
- Visting GP, podiatrist, mental health services and hairdresser
- Holiday program and onsite recreational activities
- A social and engaging model of support, with community programs provided by our partners as well as transport to and from these activities, assisting clients to participate with ease.

Additional 1:1 individualised support services can be provided in the areas of personal care, activities of daily living, accessing the community and transport.

WE ARE A TTP PROVIDER
Please note our prices are subject to increase in accordance with the adjusted NDIA efficient price. Any increase will not affect service provision as the funding in your plan will be indexed accordingly to allow for the increase in prices. We are entitled to use the TTP support items (and price limits) and are compliant with the TTP requirements.
